These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, forms, SMS and email communications, and services at our gym locations in Berlin, Princeton, Wautoma, Omro, and Rosendale, Wisconsin. By submitting a form, opting in to SMS, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Grizzly Fitness is a family of five gym locations in Wisconsin, owned and operated by Grizzly Business Group. We offer adult and student memberships, semi-private training, personal training, insurance-supported memberships, and related fitness services.
Program description. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Grizzly Fitness, which may include appointment reminders, follow-ups from a coach, special offers, event invitations, and updates from your local gym location.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You can typically expect 2 to 8 messages per month, though the actual number will depend on your activity and the offers available at your location.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Grizzly Fitness does not charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates may apply based on your individual plan.
HELP. Reply HELP to any message to receive help, or contact us at [email protected].
STOP / Opt out. You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us after that, unless you opt back in.
Supported carriers. The program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your phone number and consent records will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
By providing your email address, you may receive emails from Grizzly Fitness including account communications, appointment confirmations, and (if opted in) newsletters and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

If you become a member of Grizzly Fitness, additional terms specific to your membership agreement (including pricing, billing cadence, cancellation policy, gym rules, and waiver of liability) will apply and will be provided to you at signup. All content on our website and in our communications — including text, logos, images, and program materials — is the property of Grizzly Fitness or our licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without our written permission.
Grizzly Fitness provides fitness services and information for general health and wellness purposes. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Use of our facilities and participation in our programs is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grizzly Fitness, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, SMS program, or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Wisconsin.
